Watch Order Planner

Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-10-12

Watch Order Planner (watchorderplanner.com) is run by AUSSIE-AI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17193460). "We" and "us" below mean AUSSIE-AI LTD. This policy explains what happens to information when you use the site.

Your watch progress stays in your browser

When you tick a title, change the order or the filters, or turn on spoiler-safe mode, the planner saves that choice in your browser's local storage, on your own device. It is never sent to us, we cannot see it, and there is no account. Clearing your browser's site data, or pressing "Clear ticks" in a planner, removes it.

The marathon calculator reads those saved ticks only if you ask it to skip watched titles, and it does that inside your browser too.

A share link contains your ticks and settings in the part of the address after the "#" sign. Browsers do not send that part to the website, so we do not receive it when someone opens the link. Anyone you send the link to can see which titles you have ticked.

Measuring visits

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and check loading speed. It does not set cookies and does not track you across other websites. Cloudflare describes how it handles data at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Advertising

The site shows ads from Google AdSense to cover its running costs. The planner itself sets no cookies; advertising cookies come from the ad services described here.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings, and opt out of some other vendors' cookies at aboutads.info.
  • Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Visitors in the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland are asked for consent through a Google-certified consent message before advertising cookies are used. Your saved watch progress is never shared with advertisers.

Messages you send us

If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them to reply and to act on what you report, keep them only as long as that takes, and never sell them or add you to a mailing list.

Hosting

Cloudflare serves the site and processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

Children

The site is a general guide and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. A parent who believes a child has sent us personal information can ask us to delete it through the contact page.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. Send requests through the contact page. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
