Release order or story order?
Release order follows the films as they came out, which is how the twists and connections were meant to land. Story order starts with The Nun, set in 1952, and ends with The Conjuring: Last Rites, set in 1986. There is no official story order, so ours uses the year each film is set in and every film says how it was placed.
Where do the Annabelle and Nun films fit?
They are spin-offs. The Annabelle films follow the doll the Warrens keep in their artifacts room, and the Nun films follow the demon from The Conjuring 2. Untick "Essentials only" to see them, or keep just the four main films for a shorter run.
Is The Curse of La Llorona part of it?
Loosely. Father Perez from Annabelle appears in it, which is why it is usually counted, but it is not needed for any other film.

What is included. All ten Conjuring Universe films (2013 to 2025): the four main Conjuring films and the six spin-offs (the Annabelle, Nun and La Llorona films). Release dates are the US theatrical dates.
Release order uses each title's first US release (theatrical for films, premiere on Disney+ for series). Story order: There is no official story order. Ours sorts the films by the year in which most of each film takes place, as stated in its Wikipedia plot summary (or, where the plot gives no year, the article's 'Films set in' categories). Each film says how it was placed.
Essential. Essential means one of the four main Conjuring films about Ed and Lorraine Warren. The spin-offs (Annabelle, The Nun and La Llorona) are optional, and each says how it connects.
Runtimes. Films use the theatrical running time. Series add up each episode's runtime as listed by TVmaze. Upcoming titles have no confirmed runtime and are left out of every total.
